Just go through your article and rewrite each paragraph so that they still say the same thing but in slightly different words. By doing this you can put together hundreds of unique version of your article to submit to the web.

You want to have as many different places on the web linking back to your site as you can get, and if they happen to have a good Google page rank all the better.

The reason you want to spin your articles is so that the search engines will not discount or disregard your links on other pages because it has found the same exact text and links on other sites, thus allowing you to having 100’s or 1000’s of unique versions of your article, all over the internet, giving you their full support.
